July 2024 – Present- Product CEO for an AI Collection Agent that secured a $1.5Mn ARR LOI from a single v1 launch, fine-tuned on GPT-4o & Claude 3.7 Sonnet.
- Leading product & engineering for a 21-person team. Every FRD, UI, and technical doc goes through me.
- Closed ~$500k ARR in pipeline with Client Portal; driving ~$110k ARR with Compliance Engine integration.
- Enterprise expansion for a 300+ employee Mexico customer: full EN to ES platform localisation, asset-based inspection with iOS barcode scanning, map-based job scheduling, Attendance Management with geo-fencing (all platforms), Salesforce integration, Territory/Zone Management, Periodic Location Tracking.
- Auto Sales Tax (TaxJar + Zip-Tax): improved accuracy from 70% to ~99%. Added Zip+4 support. Post-release saw 30% increase in invoice creation & on-time payments. Premium add-on.
- Email Campaign Builder on AWS Pinpoint & SES. Drove $8K+ in upsell renewals for the AM team.
- Platform Scaling: iOS background report generation via S3/Google Drive, image compression for enterprise iOS, Valimail + SendGrid + SES deliverability overhaul, Google Calendar integration, offline functionality across Android & iOS, Datadog crashlytics + real-time Slack alerting.
Product Manager I
July 2023 – July 2024- Founding TPM for ZenFire Co-Pilot: built 0 to 1 AI fire inspection tool, onboarded 25+ customers, ~$30K ARR in 2 months.
- Cut fire inspection + quote time from ~14 days to under an hour using in-house LLM (LLaMA 3 + GPT-3.5-turbo + vector embeddings).
- Demoed to a16z, Operator Stack, Bessemer, contributing directly to fundraising rounds.
- Implemented Mixpanel end-to-end across all platforms; built technician location tracking linked to payroll.
- HubSpot + Zapier + ZenTrades CRM Integration: webhook + polling-based sync for a $50K ARR HVAC/Mechanical enterprise customer. Handled full data & field mapping.
- Payrix Integration: explored white-label payment gateway partnership with 80% transaction revenue share model for future gateway diversification.
- Audit Logs (WEB): introduced full change tracking across employee, module, device, date & time.
- Pump Curve Charts: chart.js-based pump curve plotting across WEB, Android & iOS for fire protection customers.
- Fire Protection Form Builder: led engineering execution of a dynamic NFPA-compliant web form builder with PDF output via Handlebars + Google Apps Script.
- Customisable Dashboards: rebuilt CRM analytics from static data points to a fully user-configurable widget/card layout.

July 2022 – July 2023- Built the entire Procurement Pipeline (PO, BOM, Item Receipts, Vendor & Warehouse Mgmt) → ~$400K ARR in <1 year.
- Expanded Payments v2.0: ACH, 3DS, POS card readers, bulk payments, Wisetack financing, surcharges.
- Led team of 6 (PMs + PDs); restructured sprint planning → cut discussion time by 50%.
- Project Management MVP unlocked ~$500K ARR; Job Costing module earned $55K in 6 months as premium add-on.
- iOS App Store Distribution: migrated from custom Box link distribution to the official App Store. Eliminated per-customer manual builds, moved to single managed distribution. Designed all App Store listing assets.
- Pricebook module: replaced legacy Flatrate system with modern UI/UX → >50% feature adoption increase.
- Introduced frameworks for backlog grooming, release management & planning, multi-channel feature prioritisation, release comms & demo adoption, quarterly & yearly roadmap planning.
